Are Resume references required?
A reference is someone whom you have worked with in your past job which can be mentioned in resume it depends on recruiters whether they are requesting it or not. If your employer wants to speak up to your references, they’ll ask you. You don’t have to put it by your own.
Resume should be concise and clear. When the application request references: when an application request reference you should include it in your resume if there is space otherwise put it in some separate paper and attached to it.
Things you should have known do not give contact number of your reference unless they give you permission. Make sure they gave a positive feedback. It’s a good way to ask your references how they would be contacted by (ex. email, work phone, cell phone etc. )
